This neighborhood is easy to get around and has all the essentials nearby! Hospitals, schools, and the local market are close, making it convenient. Plus, there's a play area for kids, and the area itself is pleasant to live in.

the water logging problem in monsoon is a major problem here otherwise all is good. if you don't have problem from waterlogging you can choose this.

Paramount Luxury Floors has great amenities and facilities and is a very promising project. The construction materials used in flats were always my main concern but they turned out to be of high quality. There is a granite counter slab in the kitchen, modern sanitary fittings in the bathroom and huge windows for proper sunlight. I love it here so does my family.
