Good things here
Connectivity like cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available 24/7. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Parking facilities are very convenient. There are visitor access control systems in place, making it a gated community with very good security.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available sometimes in the society, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation options are not easily accessible, making it inconvenient. There are no nearby metro stations in the vicinity.

Autos are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient for booking online. Public transportation, like buses, is available about 2 kilometers from the society, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
The rooms in flats in this society are spacious, with good amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. The maintenance is excellent, with cleanliness and surroundings well taken care of, along with reliable water supply and good power backup options. The construction quality is also top-notch, as there are no issues with leakage or seepage in washrooms or kitchen areas.
Things need improvement
The problem in this society is the lack of proper walking paths within the community. Additionally, there is poor connectivity as residents must walk approximately 2 kilometers to access public transportation, such as buses if they do not have their vehicle.

Good things here
Society maintenance is excellent, with reasonable charges, offering amenities such as 24/7 water supply and cleanliness in the surroundings, along with regular garbage collection. Facilities like a gym, community hall, and play area are well maintained. The society has good connectivity, with schools, hospitals, and workplaces conveniently located within a 3 to 5 km radius. Construction is top-notch, with no leakage problems. Moreover, all festivals are celebrated frequently.
Things need improvement
The society has some minor drawbacks, such as having a swimming pool without temperature control options. Additionally, there is no proper mobile network available within the community.

The overall infrastructure of the society is excellent, and the amenities, such as the pool, are well-maintained and clean.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, water accumulates near the society. The maintenance charges are high. The society doesn't have kids play area, amenities are not well maintained. The common areas could be better managed

it's situated in prime location as well as nearest to many it companies .Roads also good.
