Good things here
The society has a rainwater harvesting plant. The lifts are maintained. The market is nearby, and autos are easily available. There is no issue with leakage or seepage. There is enough greenery. Residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. Cleanliness is maintained.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are not near the society; they are 3 km away. To catch a bus, one has to go to the main road from the society. There are occasional water issues in the summer. The society does not have any modern amenities.

Connectivity via cabs is easily available if we book an apartment nearby. Amenities like the gym, play area, and party hall are available and well-maintained. Maintenance of the society is very good. There are surveillance systems for security in the society, making it very safe. Parking is very convenient in the society, with 4 blocks available. The society is very spacious. There are visitor parks in the society. Maintenance care is reasonable. Hospitals are available nearby, which is very convenient. Cleanliness in the society is very good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good because it's a 10 year-old building, so there are some seepage issues and cracks on the walls. There is no swimming pool in the society.
