Moreover, the convenience of having shops within the society and good public transport connectivity enhances the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
One major concern is the absence of a nearby metro rail connection, which can make commuting inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the presence of a drainage line nearby may lead to unpleasant odors and mosquito issues. Poor construction quality, frequent seepage problems, and high maintenance charges further detract from the quality of living. The lack of guest parking and maintenance issues with the clubhouse, particularly the swimming pool area and changing rooms, add to the residents' frustrations.

Good things here
The security system in our society is top-notch, with proper CCTV cameras and an efficient staff ensuring safety. Cabs are readily available right from the society, adding to convenience. Building construction quality is commendable, with no cracks or seepage issues. Festivals are celebrated within the society with great joy and energy. Moreover, we have a range of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas, all well-maintained and easily accessible within the society premises.
Things need improvement
Connectivity poses a challenge as there's no nearby public transport available, and having a bus stop or metro station nearby would have been beneficial. Additionally, the maintenance fee for the society is on the higher side.

Good things here
I moved out of this community during my residence within a 5-minute walk distance, few grocery stores and small vegetable markets are easily accessible. bus stops are around 10 minutes to travel and the metro station is around 20 minutes to travel. The maintenance facilities include a good regular water supply, power backup systems for common areas, elevators, and outside lights, and regular cleaning services in common areas and roads inside the community.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this community during my time, the only problem is there are some water leakages and pipeline issues due to the aging buildings.
