Good things here

Since there were only row houses, lifts weren't necessary. We enjoyed a continuous water supply, and the society was always kept clean. The residents were friendly, and any problems we encountered were swiftly addressed by the cooperative landlord. Parking spaces were designated for everyone, and auto-rickshaws were conveniently accessible near the society.

The local railway station was a bit of a distance away. Within the society, modern amenities were lacking, and there wasn't a collective celebration of festivals.

Good things here

Living in this society has been a wonderful experience! The main road is just 200 meters away, making it very convenient. Cabs and buses are readily available, ensuring easy transportation. The society is clean, and the people here are friendly and welcoming.

Things need improvement

Living in this society has its challenges. The construction is quite old, which brings its own set of maintenance issues. Unfortunately, there's no gym or pool available, and the lack of a security guard raises concerns about safety. Moreover, the maintenance duties seem inconsistent there's also a recurring issue with water supply. This inconsistency in water availability adds to the daily inconveniences faced by us

Good things here

Public transport is easily accessible, and there are no traffic issues. There are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage in the society. The residents are polite and respectful. Cleanliness standards are well-maintained, and there is a continuous 24/7 water supply. The lifts are in good condition. Sufficient greenery enhances the surroundings. Overall, the maintenance charges are reasonable and justified.

Things need improvement

The society does not have a nearby local railway station or metro station; one must travel a considerable distance to reach one. Additionally, there are no modern amenities such as a gym or garden within the society.

Good things here

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply and electricity issues are also not faced as such in the society. The issues gets rectified on time by the facility management when raised. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society everyone participates in all festivals celebrated in the society.

Things need improvement

At times we get to face problems regarding parking but that is informed to all residents prior the issues. Due to some basement works that's conducted in the basement parking area sometimes parking issues are faced. Public transports are not available that much around the society which is a concern. For connectivity we use own vehicle or online cabs. The market areas are also far from the society, we have to rely on online grocery shoppings. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. People don't mix up that much with each other.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory as there was an easy availability of public transport options nearby. The CCTVs and Elevators were installed in the society premises and were well maintained. There was a huge garden in the society. Neighborhood celebrated all festivals and events together. Timely garbage collection was taken care of.

Things need improvement

Amenities like the gym and swimming pool were not available in society. Personally didn't have very good experiences in the society as the owner had complained about using home property for commercial purposes.

Good things here

The cleanliness was decent, and the people were fine. Finding an auto sometimes required going to the main road, but they were generally available. Security was good, and thankfully, there were no leakages in the flats.

Getting to the airport used to take some time, and malls, restaurants, and the local railway station were a bit of a distance away. Water wasn't available 24/7; it came at fixed times. Unfortunately, there were no modern amenities available in the area.

Good things here

there are good public transport accessibility and auto cab are easily available and there are good and strong pillers and there plaster and fitting is very good quality and they are pet friendly and there are wide and soacious road and there are enough parking area and their gym and club house are big

their are no swimming pool anand there are low power backup there are no play park for children and there are no hospital in near with us
