Good things here
Certainly best locality I have ever seen. There is no power cut or water issue in this area I have face and you will feel very well living the society with your family kids and pets. The maintenance charges are also reasonable and you do not have to pay more than that. The nearby schools malls and restaurants are also accessible and they are at walkable distance. The festival and cultural holidays are also celebrated by the society in a very good manner I certainly liked it.
Things need improvement
The only thing about this liking this place is that the locality has some amount of huge traffic but it is only see the during afternoon time and after that there is no traffic and rest all the things are very well in this locality.

Good things here
I loved this locality in this area as it is a developing City. I certainly feel safe living here and it is even secure within the night. The festival and cultural holidays are also celebrated if this locality in a very good manner. The society is built with a good quality and standard materials. The school smalls and restaurants are easily accessible and their in walkable distance. quality of roads and traffic near the society is also very less and the situation is also not bad during the monsoon or rainy season.

There is nothing to dislike about this locality as it contains all the facilities which a person requires for good growth and development.

Iyyappanthangal is developing City, the roads are well maintained, nearby branded supermarkets like lifestyle,more supermarkets. Then Nearby restaurants like KFC,Mary Brown also available
Things need improvement
Iyyappanthangal traffic is quite heavy, and there are schools and hospitals are less, i faced in my apartment in rainy seasons snail in outer wall .
