Good things here
This area is known as professional people's area....easy access of transportation,schools,malls, hospital also there is near zudio,dmart,Maxis mall...residents celebrate every festival here... CCTV cameras also for safety...no water logging issues is there... electricity is also good..no power cuts.....Shivar garden also famous is near by from property.....can and autos easily available... Street light on road full night on....no traffic and no crowded area...
Things need improvement
only dislike for this area water issues rarely in summer or sometime issues or any municipal work... otherwise there is no problems to buy property here...

The building is under construction and we saw sample flat itself having stain issues with walls and ceilings. Still we thought to check with sales office and there the situation was worse. The plaster and sand used is too low quality and black slat stain coming out of the whole sides. Please verify before buying.
