Furthermore, the society offers a range of facilities and amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all meticulously maintained for residents' enjoyment. The distant metro station further compounds the transportation challenges. Waste management practices need improvement as wet and dry waste are collected together, leading to environmental concerns. Furthermore, the lifts in the society require more maintenance, frequently getting stuck and causing inconvenience to residents. Water shortage is a recurring issue, with electricity being stopped for prolonged periods of 3 to 4 days, leading to discomfort and inconvenience for residents. The water quality is also subpar, with hard water containing a high iron content sourced from tankers, posing health risks.

Cleaning and hygiene are diligently maintained throughout the society. Essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and well-maintained. Residents are known for their friendly and cooperative demeanor, and the society is pet-friendly. Functional CCTV cameras contribute to the security measures in place, ensuring safety within the community.
Public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are not readily accessible outside the society, resulting in average connectivity. There are issues with seepage and leakage within the society. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available. During the rainy season, roads often experience waterlogging, causing inconvenience to residents.

The construction quality of the society was very good. There were no issues of sealing and seepage; everything was well-maintained. The parking facilities have enough space for parking vehicles, and they are covered, emphasizing the community's commitment to meticulous attention to quality and detail. The people in the society were kind and cooperative. The community benefits significantly from the presence of a spacious park. This park not only offers ample space for children to engage in recreational activities but also fosters a sense of togetherness among residents. The presence of functioning CCTV cameras ensures security.
There were the issue of connectivity. That time connectivity was not so good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not there. Cultural events were also not celebrated.

The society had a gym, garden, and play area. Nearby were local grocery stores, markets, and malls. Maintenance and cleanliness were well taken care of. There were lifts, CCTV cameras, and good security. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri were celebrated. Public transport like autos and rickshaws were less available, causing inconvenience to others, but we didn't face any problems because we had our own personal vehicle.
During the rainy season, there was an issue with waterlogging in the parking area. The construction quality was poor with cracks on the walls and inferior materials used. A swimming pool and clubhouse were under construction. The metro station was far from the society, and schools were also not nearby.

The society lacks nearby public transport options, and the club area is currently under construction. There is no nearby metro or railway station, and local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores are not conveniently located nearby.

The society has all essential amenities, including playgrounds or courts for various sports exclusively within its premises. Schools and hospitals are conveniently located within a 1 km radius, enhancing accessibility for residents. Additionally, cultural events are organized by a dedicated team within the society, fostering a vibrant community spirit.
This is a new society, and everything is generally good. However, the quality could have been better. One challenge is the lack of available public transport around the society.

All the amenities are inside the society like Gym, swiming pool, club house and kids play area and it is well maintained, garbage collection on time daily basis. residents in this society friendly and cooperative
Connectivity of the society is not good public transport is not available easily and metro sation is also far from the society. Multiple followup required to get any issue resolved afrom maintenance team end. Leakage and seepage issues.

School hospital is available around the committee, maintenance charge is not very high and the construction quality is also�quite�good.
In rainy season we face water logging outside our society because there are broken roads outside our society so they need to�make�new�roads.

Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with cleanliness being done timely. Connectivity is good with markets being available nearby. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Management works very good in maintaining the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The environment of the society is very good, it's peaceful
There is no need for any improvement in the society.
