As a former resident, I can attest to the excellent living conditions. There were no issues with leakage, seepage, or termite problems, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The cleanliness standards were consistently maintained, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for all residents
Despite satisfactory conditions in other aspects, the poor state of the roads was a significant drawback. It affected transportation and accessibility within the area, causing inconvenience to residents.

The rooms are spacious and less crowded, offering a very peaceful environment. Location-wise, we're 1 km from hospitals, petrol bunks, bus stops, and supermarkets, with good road conditions and functioning street lights. There's ample parking space. Maintenance includes daily cleaning and separate collection of wet and dry garbage. We have 24/7 water and power supply, and the lifts are functioning well. People are friendly and interact well with each other.
Our society faces water logging issues, causing inconvenience and difficulty in navigating the premises due to accumulation of water in various areas.

Auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available, making transportation convenient. Garbage is picked up on time, ensuring our surroundings are always clean. Our neighbors are incredibly cooperative, and we all enjoy socializing together, creating a warm and friendly community.
I am quite dissatisfied with several aspects of living here. The construction quality is very poor, leading to persistent issues with water dampness and water logging, which are both frustrating and unhealthy. Additionally, the society lacks basic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and even a ground for recreational activities. All these things affect the overall quality of life and need to be addressed to improve the living conditions in the society.

Schools and hospitals are conveniently located within walking distance from the society, facilitating easy access for education and emergency medical care. Furthermore, the absence of pollution in the vicinity enhances the overall living environment for residents.
No amenities are available within the society, and there is no provision for a metro in the area. The nearest railway station is situated approximately 7-8 kilometers away from the society.

The walking area in the society is also good, and the parking area is very spacious. The water facility in the society is good, and there is also reliable power backup.
The construction quality in the society is not good, as there are some cracks on the walls and leakages in the bathrooms. Cleaning should be improved in the society.
