Living here now, I can tell you it's easy to get around with different ways to travel. Plus, we've got lots of stores and malls nearby for fun and shopping.

My experience in the society was really positive. It had all the main amenities I needed, like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, and they were all well-maintained, which made life much more convenient. The cleanliness and timely garbage collection also added to the pleasant atmosphere. Connectivity was excellent, with services like Ola and Uber readily available, making it easy to get around. And having well-constructed roads and ample parking lots without any issues was a big relief. Security was another area where the society excelled. With power backup available, I never had to worry about power cuts disrupting my day-to-day activities. But what really made the experience special was the friendly and welcoming nature of the people in the society. It felt like a true community, and that sense of belonging made all the difference.

In my personal experience, I didn't face any major problems during my time in the society, which was fortunate. However, dealing with a significant seepage issue at the last moment was quite unexpected and frustrating. The fact that the seepage issue worsened considerably suggests that there might have been underlying issues with the construction quality of the society. It's concerning to realize that such issues can arise unexpectedly and potentially affect the integrity of the building. Addressing these concerns promptly is crucial to prevent further damage and ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

The ongoing power cut problem is exacerbated by voltage fluctuations, posing risks to electronic devices and causing inconvenience to residents. Furthermore, seepage issues, particularly evident in the washrooms, persist despite attempts at repair. In a concerning incident, a portion of the slab has collapsed, highlighting structural integrity concerns that need urgent attention. Regrettably, communication with the maintenance office regarding these pressing matters has been futile, as there has been no response or action taken to address residents' concerns. Compounding the issue, the fire exit, designated for the safety of all occupants, is being misused as a dumping ground, attracting foul odors and posing potential safety hazards. The lack of proper garbage containers exacerbates the situation, reflecting a deficiency in essential infrastructure management.

There is minimal cleaning, especially noticeable on pathways that appear neglected in terms of cleanliness. Some residents with pets are using the basement, which has led to cleanliness issues in that area. The clubhouse facilities are not being utilized by residents, indicating potential underutilization or a lack of interest in recreational amenities. The condition of the lifts is subpar, with frequent cleanliness issues and occasional operational problems occurring approximately once a week.

Situated close to office complexes, our community offers a vibrant market and fully furnished rental apartments with flexible lease agreements. The well-maintained garden, swimming pool, and diverse sports facilities cater to residents' physical well-being and development needs.

Good things here
My main worry used to be water shortages in my previous neighborhood, but here, the well-kept parks and roads make life even better. And the best part? No water shortage problems to deal with, which makes everything even more convenient.

Connectivity bohot achcha hai. Metro bhi hai, market bhi hai aur auto, cabs, rickshaw sab miml jaata hai. Maintenance sahi hai, saaf rrehti hai. CCTV, lifts aur guards sab hain. Seelan ya seepage ka koi issue nahi hai. Gym, club house, pool sab hai aur well maintained hai. Neighbours friendly hain aur saar festivals bhi celebrate hote hain. Yaan greenery achchi hai

Mujhe toh as such koi issue nahi aaye abhi tak iss society mai.

The neighborhood is loud and disorderly, with frequent power outages disrupting everyday routines. It's nearly impossible to accomplish anything in such conditions.
