The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. The main USP of the society is the location, the society is on the main road. This is one of the primary reason for which I want to stay in this society. Parking space is available for 4 wheelers and quite spacious. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Garden is available in the society.
Constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society as it is an old society. 2 wheelers parking space is not available. The rooms in the appartments are quite small and not spacious, specially the 1st and 2nd floor rooms and very small, top floor room are a bit bigger as compared to the ground floors but still it's small. Insect issues are faced very much in the ground floors. The maintainance is average, it's not kept dirty but maintainance can be improved. It is just stand alone building, there are absolutely no amenities and facilities. There are no tenents allowed in the society only owner's family is present.

Connectivity is plus point of the society since every local transport like metro bus autos are accessible from the society. shopping malls restaurants, hospitals everything is nearby the society. no traffic jam issues near the society. construction quality is good since there is no leakage or seepage issue. Neighbours are very much friendly.
There are no moder amenities are present inside the society like gym garden or swimming pool.
