Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good, and the water facility is excellent. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Connectivity is very good, and there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers, which is very convenient for emergencies. The community is very serene. Public transportation, like buses, is available within a walkable distance, which is very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Personal security is very assured and trustworthy.
Things need improvement
Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. There is not much greenery in the society. There is no visitor parking in the society. There are no security guards in the society.
