I like the efficient maintenance services and fast elevators in our society. Having multiple lifts makes it easy to get around. The gym is basic but good, and I appreciate that pets are welcome here. It's convenient being close to shops, and the air quality is better than other parts of Mumbai
The high maintenance charges and expensive apartments, likely because of the brand name. Pollution from nearby refineries is a concern, and we need more green spaces and playgrounds. The behavior of the security guards can be better, and it's disappointing there aren't more places for kids to play.

Seepage and leakage problems in the buildings are minimal. Additionally, neighbors are helpful and cordial, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
The main concern in this locality is the distance to the market area, requiring residents to either walk for basic necessities or rely on online delivery apps.

The presence of security guards in the society offers reassurance and assistance to residents, helping maintain safety and security around the clock.
In my residential society, I've noticed a few areas that could use improvement. Since the implementation of a new system, there seems to be a decrease in the proactiveness of maintenance. It's become apparent that the gate app designed for security lacks necessary updates and functionalities, which undermines its effectiveness. Additionally, the access card system for lifts is inefficient, often requiring reliance on security guards for access. These issues can lead to inconvenience and potentially compromise security measures.

I've been pleased with several aspects that contribute to a comfortable and satisfying living experience. The swimming pool and gym facilities are properly maintained, offering opportunities for recreation and fitness within the community. Despite restrictions on e-rickshaws, the availability of taxis and cabs ensures convenient transportation options for residents. Furthermore, there's been no occurrence of water crises, ensuring a steady water supply for daily needs. The functioning lifts and their proper maintenance add to the convenience and safety of the residents.
I'm currently quite satisfied with the residential society I'm part of. Presently, there doesn't seem to be anything in need of improvement. Despite the restriction on e-rickshaws near the society, I've found that everything is well taken care of by the organization. This efficient management ensures that all essential services and amenities are provided for the residents without any inconvenience.

The quality of materials used in flat maintenance is subpar, leading to frequent leakage and seepage issues that recur often. The realization that upcoming buildings offer better quality highlights the deficiency in the current building's standards. While management responses are decent, residents are often left to cover expenses on their own. Stray dog issues also pose safety concerns, especially for children. Incidents like drinking water from the swimming pool a year back indicate potential hygiene risks.

I love the well-kept facilities and security here. The clubhouse and gym are great, and we have nice parks and pools. Parking is easy, and it's convenient to get around with public transport. the society is well equipped with security systems, CCTVs, and other required amenities. the society is kept well-maintained and clean for all the times. the greenery is something i like about this society a lot.
The traffic nearby can be a hassle, and maintenance charges are very high. Pollution from nearby factories is a concern. We need more green spaces and better-quality construction in some areas. leakage and some seepage issues are being faced in society. the people around are not that intractive and too oquipied in their own lives.

The lifts are working perfectly, making it convenient for all residents. Security measures are effective, ensuring good security within the society. Residents have access to amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. Fortunately, the society doesn't face these issues.
Relying solely on local stations for connectivity can be inconvenient, although it's promising that a new metro line is currently under construction. It's important to address the issue of stray dogs with compassion and empathy. Resorting to violence is inhumane, especially if the dogs aren't posing any harm to residents.

The security in our society is top-notch, with dedicated apps to ensure safety. Thankfully, new buildings don't have any seepage or leakage problems. And having amenities like a swimming pool and gym area right in the society is a fantastic bonus.
The maintenance service and its responsiveness leave much to be desired, often taking 2-3 days to even respond, leaving residents to resolve issues on their own. While there is connectivity, it's not as prompt, and the society isn't directly connected to the main roads. Additionally, old buildings are plagued with seepage and leakage issues.

Garbage collection and power backup services are excellent.Availability of swimming pool and clubhouse which only gets beneficial for the residents.Adequate parking facilities are provided for residents.
The problem of leakage spreading from one tower to another is a concern that needs to be addressed. The maintenance service is not proactive, potentially leading to delays in addressing issues.
