Although Karishma Complex Housing's neighbourhood is lovely, during rainy seasons the roads get muddy. Nighttime power outages are frequent during the wet seasons. constant obstruction during the wet season.

The Project is clean and well-maintained. Roads are kept in good condition, and traffic is quite light. In this area, power outages and water cuts are quite infrequent.

Situated close to the Mira Bhayander Highway and having easy access to malls and movie theatres make it a very nice spot to reside. Ample access to everyday materials and connectivity to other areas are also beneficial. There are no drawbacks to this location.
