Good things here
Chairman of the society is very supportive and helps out when their are actual problems highlighted, and tries to do it without collecting extra maintaince cost
Things need improvement
The society is aged above 30yrs and flat owners are not very cooperative to rebuilt the apartment and are not ready to go for discussion for joint ventures
