Good things here
The best thing is here the average public transport, which results is low sounds and air pollution. Average auto availability can also held responsible for the reason i said above.
Things need improvement
the area is surrounded by slums. the crowd is very aggressive here. you should avoid all of there things.

Good things here
this is the best project present in aligarh if you planning for investment purpose. you can go with it.
Things need improvement
as a tier 2 city it is not famous as compare to tier 1 city. apart from that everything is good. go for it.
