Good things here
Schools ,hospitals are near by the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply. people residing in the apartment are very friendly and soft spoken.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities like solar power and generator facilities has not provided. no modern amenities are present in the society.

Good things here
Hospital is nearby the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Street dog issues are not faced.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is very poor, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Water supply issues are faced. electricity issues are faced. Parking space issues are faced.

Good things here
We easily have access to autos, buses, and cabs. The bus stand is 800 meters away, the pharmacy is 100 meters away, and hospitals are 1 kilometer away from the society. The petrol pump is 800 meters away. Household vendors are also nearby. There is no need to worry about anything as everything is available nearby. we don't have to go far from the society. We have a temple, garden, and play area for children. We also have a sitting area for elders. The construction quality is quite good; it was done in 2012 or 2013 and is still in good condition. Cultural events are also celebrated here.
Things need improvement
The gym area in this vicinity lacks proper maintenance, and regrettably, there is no swimming pool available. Efforts to address these shortcomings could significantly enhance the residents' quality of life and satisfaction with their living environment.

Building construction is of good quality, with minimal issues like seepage or leakage. Residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrating cultural festivals together. Additionally, the society offers various facilities like a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids.

Overall, the society is well-maintained and offers a pleasant living environment. However, implementing cleanliness measures in common areas and corridors would further enhance its appeal.

Good things here
The flats feature balconies, and there's round-the-clock water availability. The society maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the elevator is well taken care of. Although there were some leakage issues previously, they have been effectively addressed. Any concerns are promptly dealt with, and there's minimal traffic in the vicinity. The residents are amiable, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Auto rickshaws and buses are hard to come by, with long waits and infrequent service. There's no nearby metro station, and the local railway station is quite a distance away. The building is only two stories tall and lacks modern amenities. Sunlight only enters through the balcony. Security guards are often found sleeping at night. There's no designated parking for visitors; they have to park outside.

Auto stand ,bus stand is at walkable distance. local market and essentials are available easily. society is very well maintained. neat and clean environment around the society.
Things need improvement
This is stand alone building which consist of 6 units only . Railway station is far away from the society. There is no amenities present in the society. allocated parking has been provided for 2bhk only not for 1 bhk.

Good things here
Maintenance was satisfactory with regular cleaning and disposal of garbage. Neighborhood was friendly and celebrate all festivals together. Elevators were installed and well maintained. There was a hospital nearby.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity was really bad. There were no autos, buses and metro available nearby the society. All these transports were 2 km away. Had to depend on own vehicle. Construction quality was also poor with seepage issues on walls. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available.
