Good things here
There are no issues such as leaks, seepage, or cracks in the buildings. The people in the society are very welcoming and celebrate all festivals together. We have reliable water and electricity supply, and proper garbage collection services. Security and parking facilities are excellent, and the society enjoys convenient connectivity with nearby availability of cabs, autos, and public transport.
Things need improvement
No amenities in the society like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park . No other issues in the society regarding anything , its a great society to live in .

Good things here
The estate boasts excellent infrastructure, with convenient connectivity via cabs and public transportation. Amenities such as a swimming pool and gym enhance the resident experience, while reasonable maintenance charges add to the appeal. The staff are friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Overall, the estate offers ample spacious areas and abundant amenities for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
There is a nearby garbage dump that emits a bad smell, which is quite inconvenient for residents. The power backup system is unreliable, causing interruptions when in use. Public transportation is available but located approximately 2 km away, necessitating the use of cabs for commuting. Additionally, metro stations are located far from the society, adding to the transportation challenges.
