The location and park amenities of our society are commendable, as it regularly conducts events. Additionally, the spaciousness of the flats, each featuring four rooms, adds to its appeal.
The main issue is the insufficient number of elevators in the society; there are only two, whereas a minimum of three is required. Additionally, the gym facilities are inadequate.

The positive aspect of this society is that the people are very friendly, and the festival celebrations within the community are vibrant. The society boasts excellent connectivity, with a supermarket, a bus stop, and a hospital conveniently located within walking distance. There are also several schools and various markets easily accessible nearby. Residents benefit from excellent maintenance facilities, including a reliable water supply and efficient power backup systems. Moreover, the society offers well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and a children's play area. There are ample parking options available within the society. The constructions are well-designed with excellent ventilation, ensuring comfort for residents. Additionally, the security systems are excellent.
The maintenance facilities, such as cleaning services, are not good because the association doesn't care about the surroundings. Residents are always complaining regularly about this issue.

There are many lush greenery parks and jogging tracks along with almost all types of amenities present right inside the premises. The colleges, schools, hospitals, malls are at a nearby location. Everywhere CCTV cameras are installed for the 24*7 safety of the residents and professional security guards who actively do verification of the visitors.

My apartment comes with a dedicated car parking, theater room, golf course, football and other amenities. Life is better inside the boundary with such green features inside the campus.

There are also good schools to choose from. Parks can be found nearby. The market is not far away. This is a nice neighborhood. The security level is excellent. The roads are well-kept. Eateries can be located close by.
