The place is good as it provides all luxuries and comforts. There is easily accessible market and no problem of frequent power cuts and water logging.

I personally don't dislike anything about the place except lack of parking space for vehicles. Rest the place is fabulous.

neighbour are not reliable and helpful sometimes they avoid helping others which cause fights between them

For my side | loved the place and the locationBecause all the necessary facilities are available herelike Transportation, metro station, schools, hospitals,parks, stores, and etc. I personally love the thingabout the place is it has very green areas there. Agreat place for long time living with your family. Avery safe place with low power cut and electricitybills is also very low.

Good things here
best thing is 2 personal garden for society and there is many benches to rest in peaceful environment there is also some playing instrument for children... cleanliness is really good as all corners have proper dustbin...lots of parking space there for cars and bike...
Things need improvement
some of street light is not working so there is darkness in many corners...and not safe for night as there is many street there...frequent power cut is big issue...and no society members meeting fmto solve problem....no standard school available nearby as children need to go 10 km away for good school

We were first time house buyers and were afraid of fraud developers but JBMR Group made our home purchase easy than purchasing groceries. There team is extra ordinary and explained my all doubts and questions so smoothly I cant believe and in transparency no one can match JBMR Group.

Just construction was slow but beautiful things take time to build so no regrets in buying a house with JBMR Group.
