This project is its prime location in Gurgaon sector-34. It's a hotspot with easy access to malls, hospitals, and IT hubs, making it a highly desirable option for both buyers and renters. Plus, the society offers a diverse range of amenities like parks, markets, and restaurants, all of which are well-managed and functional, greatly improving the overall living experience for residents.
Things need improvement
However, there are some aspects of the project that I'm not too fond of. Firstly, the construction quality leaves much to be desired, with reported issues such as seepage and cracks in the walls, suggesting poor durability and maintenance standards. Additionally, the lack of community engagement and inclusive celebrations within the society could potentially lead to feelings of isolation or negativity among residents, ultimately impacting the overall social atmosphere within the community.

Good things here
Living here, I'm grateful for the society's well-kept amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. They really enhance my living experience and give me plenty of recreational choices. Plus, the security measures they have in place make me feel really safe and at ease, which is a big plus for peace of mind.
Things need improvement
I've noticed a downside too: there's a lack of social engagement among residents, which is a bit disappointing. It feels like there aren't many community events or initiatives to bring people together, leading to a sense of isolation at times. Also, there have been occasional problems with maintenance, like delayed repairs or unresolved complaints, which can be pretty frustrating.

Good things here
Living here as an owner, I really value how well-connected this place is. It's super easy to reach malls, hospitals, and restaurants, and having good access to public transport is a big plus for getting around day-to-day. Plus, the low traffic in the area makes commuting a breeze.

Unfortunately, the maintenance of the property is a bit of a letdown. We encounter problems pretty often, and the charges for maintenance are way too high. It's frustrating because we expect better upkeep for the living environment. It would really make a difference if the management could step up their maintenance game to improve how we experience living here.
