The lift is in good working condition, and regular painting maintenance is conducted annually. Residents can enjoy amenities including a swimming pool, multi-purpose rooms, a gym, a clubhouse, and a walking track, enhancing the overall quality of life in the society.

The maintenance aspect I've observed in multiple societies, but compared to others, it's excellent. The housekeeping staff works diligently, maintaining hygiene daily. They clean promptly and regularly collect garbage. The lifts are in proper working condition, checked monthly, ensuring no inconvenience. We've never faced water or power shortages, and connectivity-wise, within a 1 km radius, there are shopping malls, theaters, schools, a Ganesh temple, bus stops, and supermarkets. Parking is ample, and the road conditions are good, with street lights installed. Construction-wise, the rooms are well-ventilated, each spanning 1500 square feet, ideal for single families. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, children's play area, swimming pool, community hall, and gardens are available. The residents are friendly and helpful, celebrating various festivals such as Holi, Durga Puja, Onam, Pongal, New Year, Karnataka Rajyotsava, Independence Day, and Republic Day without fail.
Unknown individuals are parking their vehicles daily in our society, causing inconvenience and overcrowding. This unauthorized parking needs to be addressed promptly to maintain order and safety.

During Diwali, residents set up markets. and we can purchase everyone individual cracking and society located main road so within 200 meter super markets grocerries 500 play school children clinic is there The maintenance and cleanliness of the area seem well taken care of, with regular cleaning, lift maintenance, and 24/7 water and power availability ensuring a comfortable living environment. It's also wonderful to hear about the various recreational facilities available, such as the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and play areas, providing opportunities for relaxation and exercise. The emphasis on hygiene and the presence of amenities like good ventilation and green spaces contribute to a healthy and pleasant living environment.
