Good things here
The roads are in excellent condition, and the connectivity is great, making commuting very convenient. The maintenance team is efficient and responsive, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. The society offers great amenities, including a gym, pool, and clubhouse, which are well-maintained. Additionally, the community is friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
While the society has many positive aspects, there are significant issues that need addressing. The sewage treatment plant (STP) is not functioning properly, causing frequent leakage problems in the building. This ongoing issue creates an unpleasant and unsanitary living environment. Additionally, the leakage problems are not only inconvenient but also pose potential health risks and damage to the property.

Good things here
The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is reliable with CCTV in place, and parking, including guest parking, is ample and convenient. There are no problems with stray dogs. Connectivity is great with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is handled very well, with regular cleaning and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the walls. The amenities, like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym, meet all my needs.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike about living here. I am very satisfied with this place. I don�t want anything extra in the society as everything is good here.

People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are all available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby the society.
Things need improvement
No issues at all in the society , there is great environment in the society . Its a great society to live in . No issues about any aspect of society like connectivity , maintenance ,construction, amenities and neighbourhood.

Things need improvement
Clubhouse , gym, park are available but haven't been handed over to owners , mosquitos are there in rainy season mostly , actions have been taken to resolve issues regarding mosquitos , there is internal associations for solving these issues, no other issues.

Good things here
The connectivity is not that good its problematic to have online deliveries here. The locality is a bit distant from the city, which may affects the online delivery services like Swiggy or Zomato, There are only 2-3 restaurants available nearby. Shakur shopping mall is near, schools and ATM is nearby.

Good things here
There are no pet issues in the society. The neighbors are good, they talk nicely and are helpful. The security is good, with guards at the gate all the time, and there are no street dogs roaming around.
Things need improvement
Autos, rickshaws, and buses are far from the society, and people have to wait a long time. Cleaning is not done on time, and garbage is left lying around in some places. There are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse in the society.

Good things here
Transportation options are good here, even though I don't have a car. Parking availability is appreciated. Construction and ventilation are satisfactory in this villa society. The regular segregation of wet and dry waste is commendable. People are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Elevator service is unsatisfactory. I haven't explored the gym, clubhouse, and play area amenities. There are power cut issues that need immediate attention.

Good things here
The independent bungalows provided ample space, and the small villa had all amenities like table tennis. The people were cooperative and pet-friendly.
Things need improvement
Auto and cab availability was a major issue, especially at night, and maintenance was only fine with painting delays. There was a lot of leakage and seepage, and the construction quality was not good.

Online transport is available, parking is convenient with own parking, ventilation is good with not much seepage, maintenance is good, and people are cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society is 1 km inside from the main road, the Silk Institute metro station is far from the society, there are no amenities, and the clubhouse has been under construction for 5 years.
