Transport is easily available, there is no traffic issue, open parking is provided, and construction is good despite being a 15-year-old building. Maintenance is good with properly working lifts, friendly people, no water shortage, and a peaceful society. The last paint job was done 3 years ago.
There are no amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or play area. There is minor seepage in some flats. There is no power backup, but fortunately, there is no power cut issue.

Convenient amenities such as local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are located nearby. The society upholds high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring timely garbage collection with separate disposal of wet and dry waste. Residents exhibit a friendly and cooperative demeanor, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Pet rules are enforced within the society, and lifts are well-maintained for residents' convenience. Additionally, CCTV surveillance has been installed to enhance security within the premises.
The society faces challenges due to the distant location of the metro, occasional power cuts without backup, and stray dog issues. Additionally, poor construction quality leads to problems like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues. Furthermore, there is no swimming pool available, adding to the limitations of amenities.

Our landlord was cooperative. The society was clean. Water was available 24/7. The lifts were maintained. The society allowed bachelors. Ventilation was good. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. There was no traffic near the society. Autos were readily available.
The internal roads of the society were in very bad condition; during the rainy season, water would accumulate. There was hardly any sunlight coming into the flat; it was very minimal. There were no modern amenities available in the society.

Roads and street lights are in good condition around the society. Daily needs are available, such as nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Hospital is nearby the society. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Power backup is available in the society, so is no major electricity issues that are faced. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Dry and wet waste is segregated seperately. People are very educated and understanding in this society. Security guards are available. No major pet issues happens in the society
There is no specific place alloted for parking in the society, anyone can park their car anywhere they feel like. Metro is still under construction. Water supply is an issue in this society, sometimes society didn't receive water supply. Sometimes in the morning only at 7am or 8 am water supply is available for one hour. construction quality of the buildings is average, seepage and termite issues are prevailing on my rooms and ceilinngs. There is no lifts installed in the society. CCTV cameras are not installed. It's a stand alone building there are no amenities in the society.

Connectivity is excellent, with a school located right beside the apartments, and readily available cabs and autos. The security and maintenance systems are efficient and attentive. Moreover, the residents of the apartment are friendly and well-behaved.
The construction isn't great - there are cracks in the walls and problems with leaks. Plus, there are no extra perks like a swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden. And to top it off, there's not enough parking for both residents and visitors.

The connectivity around the society was decent, with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available, and the roads surrounding the society were well-maintained. Parking facilities were ample, and everyone was accommodated without any issues. The residents of the society were friendly and had good behavior.
Since the society is quite old and lacks an RWA team to maintain it, there was no maintenance being carried out. Being a 30-year-old society, there were no amenities available. Due to its age, the paint on the exterior was deteriorating, indicating a need for improvement. In my opinion, the society should undergo improvements in all aspects based on�my�experience.

Society ka connectivity bahut acha hai, auto, metro, aur public transport easily available hai. Log cooperative hain, aur festivals mil kar manate hain.
Yahan society mein koi khaas facilities nahi hain jaise swimming pool, club house, aur gym. Kabhi kabhi leakage ya seepage ka bhi issue hota hai.
