Good things here
Connectivity is very good, especially if we book an apartment at the university. The cab service is available. The water supply is very good, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient and public transportation like buses are available within walking distance from the apartment. The construction quality is very good, and there are no leaks or seepage issues. Amenities such as swimming pools are well-maintained, and there are areas allocated for swimming, pools, clubs, gyms, and tennis. Kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. There is a nominal maintenance fee for the owners. The greenery in the area is very good, and hospitals are available nearby for emergencies. We can celebrate the regional festivals in the community
Things need improvement
Auto services are not available in this area, which is not good. For garbage collection, we are paying around 3000 rupees in this society. The rents are high in this society.

Good things here
The society is really well-connected, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are in good shape, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which makes life convenient. The construction quality is top-notch, with proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation keeps the place clean. The amenities, like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, are well-maintained and add to the quality of life here. The neighbors are friendly and educated, creating a nice, positive community. Plus, having CCTV cameras and security guards around gives an extra sense of safety.
Things need improvement
The main issue we face is the number of monkeys in and around the society, which is a concern, especially for the safety of the kids. But other than that, everything here is great, and I have no complaints about the society committee at all.

Good things here
The lifts work well, and everything is clean. The garbage is collected regularly. It has autos and cabs nearby. There is no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. The ventilation and sunlight are also good. There is a garden, a children's play area, a swimming pool, a gym, clubs, and a park. The people in the neighbourhood are friendly.
Things need improvement
I have no issues at all. I can confidently say that my time in this society has been flawless. The facilities provided are superb, and the seamless experience here has made my stay exceptionally comfortable.

Good things here
The environment is peaceful, with easy access to amenities within a 3 km radius, including cabs, supermarkets, malls, and hospitals. Surroundings are well-maintained, and all amenities like gym, swimming pool, and children's play area are available. People are helpful.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion is a persistent problem within the society, causing delays and inconvenience to residents and visitors alike.

Maintaining of swimming pool is very clean and hygineic in the society. People are every friendly atmosphere in the society. Connectivity is near in the society.

Maintaining of lift is not good. Its getting always repairs and ieeitating in the society. Roads are very worest. Unable to drive on roads in teh society.

In this society, 40 percent of the area is constructed, leaving a generous 60 percent as open space, complete with well-maintained roads for enjoyable evening walks and a large park for residents to enjoy.

Residents within the community face multiple problems, including issues with waste management, and are often frightened by monkeys that frequently enter the area.
