Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, malls, and vegetable markets are available within 300 meters from the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 200 meters from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society.
The construction quality is poor, with minor issues like leakages in the walls of the bedrooms and some cracks on the walls of the building. Visitor parking is limited in the society. Hospitals are available within 3-4 kilometers from the society, which is very inconvenient. The nearest metro stations are around 3 kilometers away from the society, which is also inconvenient.

The swimming pool is well-maintained and cleaned every day. Housekeeping does an excellent job, promptly cleaning the garden area, open spaces, floors, and elevators, which are safe and secure. We have 24/7 water and electricity supply, frequent garbage collection, and a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, basketball and badminton courts, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall. The people in the surrounding area are friendly and communicative. The construction is excellent, with well-ventilated windows. Plus, the location is convenient, just 1 km from the bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and medical shops, with street lights and ample parking spaces available.
The road in this society is congested, causing daily traffic jams and frustration for residents. Improved infrastructure and better traffic management are urgently needed to alleviate this persistent problem.

The community has lots of greenery and great open spaces, a clubhouse, gym, pool, park, and a well-kept play area. There's also a community hall for events. It's super convenient with a bus station and a metro station right outside. The buildings are well-built with no major water problems, and the water supply is good too. Residents celebrate all festivals and events together, creating a friendly atmosphere.
Maintenance is sometimes delayed, and it takes a long time to fix the issue. There is a need for improvement in the efficiency of maintenance.

Construction-wise, we've never faced any challenges, and the rooms are well-ventilated.
Summer water crises exist in our society. Despite diligent maintenance, we face challenges with water scarcity during the summer months, necessitating conservation efforts and alternative water sources.

The maintenance standards were outstanding, with reliable power backup and regular garbage collection services. Additionally, the water supply was excellent, and amenities such as a play area, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and diverse indoor activities catered to everyone's enjoyment. The overall maintenance quality was superb, and the construction exhibited no leakage issues. Furthermore, the society diligently celebrated various festivals including Onam, New Year, and more.
