Plus, the maintenance facilities seem top-notch, with reasonable charges covering cleaning services, robust security, and reliable power backups. It's great to hear that diligent maintenance efforts have ensured no complaints regarding water supply. And with ample parking space, residents don't have to worry about finding a spot. Inside the society, residents can enjoy a range of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and designated play areas for kids. The high-quality construction of the buildings using superior materials adds an extra layer of assurance for residents. Overall, it sounds like a great place to live!

It's unfortunate that the area lacks metro connectivity, which can inconvenience residents who rely on public transportation. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, malls, and vegetable markets are available within 300 meters from the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 200 meters from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with minor issues like leakages in the walls of the bedrooms and some cracks on the walls of the building. Visitor parking is limited in the society. Hospitals are available within 3-4 kilometers from the society, which is very inconvenient. The nearest metro stations are around 3 kilometers away from the society, which is also inconvenient.

Waste collection is efficient, with separate bins provided for wet and dry waste. Additionally, amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and well-maintained gym are available. The society also offers facilities for indoor games and recreational activities.
Things need improvement
Having a nearby metro bus station adds to the convenience of transportation. The maintenance expenses are around $4500 per month, and it's worth noting that the rent is also quite expensive.

The swimming pool is well-maintained and cleaned every day. Housekeeping does an excellent job, promptly cleaning the garden area, open spaces, floors, and elevators, which are safe and secure. We have 24/7 water and electricity supply, frequent garbage collection, and a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, basketball and badminton courts, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall. The people in the surrounding area are friendly and communicative. The construction is excellent, with well-ventilated windows. Plus, the location is convenient, just 1 km from the bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and medical shops, with street lights and ample parking spaces available.
Things need improvement
The road in this society is congested, causing daily traffic jams and frustration for residents. Improved infrastructure and better traffic management are urgently needed to alleviate this persistent problem.

Our amenities, from the clubhouse to the basketball court, yoga room, lawn tennis, gym, swimming pool, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall, are all meticulously maintained. Connectivity is superb, with essential facilities like a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and school all within a 300-meter radius. Street lights are thoughtfully installed, and there's ample parking available. Society maintenance is exemplary, with daily cleaning, efficient garbage collection, reliable water and power supply, and well-functioning lifts. Regular painting upkeep ensures a fresh look. Moreover, the community is characterized by its friendly and supportive atmosphere.

The community has lots of greenery and great open spaces, a clubhouse, gym, pool, park, and a well-kept play area. There's also a community hall for events. It's super convenient with a bus station and a metro station right outside. The buildings are well-built with no major water problems, and the water supply is good too. Residents celebrate all festivals and events together, creating a friendly atmosphere.

Maintenance is sometimes delayed, and it takes a long time to fix the issue. There is a need for improvement in the efficiency of maintenance.

The maintenance of the society is commendable; they ensure proper cleaning every day, with regular garbage collection. The lifts are in proper functioning order, and we have reliable power backup. Connectivity-wise, within a 1 km radius, residents have access to all kinds of amenities like bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores. The road conditions are excellent, with working street lights, ample parking space, and surrounded by good people. We celebrate all kinds of festivals together. Construction-wise, we've never faced any challenges, and the rooms are well-ventilated.

Summer water crises exist in our society. Despite diligent maintenance, we face challenges with water scarcity during the summer months, necessitating conservation efforts and alternative water sources.

Three years ago, when I resided in this society, it boasted excellent security measures, particularly beneficial for women�a commendable aspect. Moreover, the connectivity was top-notch owing to the proximity of tech parks and numerous offices. Groceries were readily delivered, and transportation facilities such as cabs, buses, and the under-construction metro were easily accessible. The maintenance standards were outstanding, with reliable power backup and regular garbage collection services. Additionally, the water supply was excellent, and amenities such as a play area, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and diverse indoor activities catered to everyone's enjoyment. The overall maintenance quality was superb, and the construction exhibited no leakage issues. Furthermore, the society diligently celebrated various festivals including Onam, New Year, and more.

I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, the area sometimes experienced traffic jams due to the concentration of tech parks and offices. Additionally, the maintenance charges were a bit expensive.
