Good things here
I purchased one of the villa whose payment is already closed for 8 months, The quality is very poor, once you pay Water seepage everywhere They will buy you till you don't pay, once paid no one will listen to the issues
Things need improvement
Very poor quality work Only paint paint No strength in building, only good sales person to make you buy, once sold the quality drops Lot of water seepage after 6 months in rain
Frequent power cuts
Sewage/garbage disposal problems
RWA not properly functioning
Cheap material used in walls
Lot of seepage
Low quality plaster and fitting
