Although located a bit away from the main road, the society enjoys a serene environment free from traffic disturbances. Maintenance standards are high, with excellent services including power backup and garbage collection, ensuring cleanliness throughout. The availability of Kaveri water is exceptional, particularly during the summer months, posing no concerns. Monthly maintenance charges range from Rs. 3800 to 4800. The society good has amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and a small children's play area.
The construction quality of the society is not up to par, as indicated by issues like water leakages in some flats within the buildings. Additionally, connectivity within the society is lacking, with no access to public transportation or nearby shopping malls. Plus, we're lucky to be just a stone's throw away from a bus stop, supermarket, and all the essential shops. The roads are smooth, and the street lights actually work, making nighttime strolls safe and easy. Parking? No problem at all, and the maintenance fees are totally reasonable considering all the perks. The maintenance crew keeps everything spick and span, from regular garbage pickups to making sure we never run out of water or power. And let's not forget the awesome amenities like the gym, pool, clubhouse, and community hall � they really take this place to the next level.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society. If we book one, it can be quickly accessed within the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Associations are very well-organized. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is reliable. Garbage collections are efficient; they collect daily at a specified time. Parking areas are very spacious in the society. Everything is easily accessible from the society, making it very convenient. We can celebrate various festivals as a family and enjoy them. Maintenance of lifts is very good, and cleanliness is also maintained well. Housekeeping is done effectively.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The entry road inside the city is not in good condition, leading to a lot of traffic issues near the society. It's very inconvenient. There is no visitor parking; they have to park outside the building, which is very inconvenient.

During my time in the area, one of the main challenges was the distance to the main market, which was quite far from the society. While there was a vegetable store nearby, prices were notably high. Furthermore, the construction quality of the buildings was not satisfactory. Additionally, the lack of nearby public transportation options added to the inconvenience.

Connectivity-wise, essential facilities such as petrol bunks, ATMs, schools, and medical shops are within 2 km. The streets are well-lit, and ample parking space is available for both residents and visitors. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily garbage collection and proper cleaning. We benefit from reliable water and power supply, and the construction quality is excellent, with no seepage issues on the walls.
Water logging is a big problem on our roads, causing headaches for everyone. We really need better drainage systems and some proactive steps to deal with flooding when it pours. It'd make getting around much easier and safer for everyone.

There is no pollution around the city. Ventilation of the flats is very good; there are plenty of trees and the balcony is very fresh and airy. Schools are nearby, within 1-2 kms from the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Everything is accessible from the society, making it very convenient.
Parking area is congested in the society, and there is no visitor parking. There is traffic near the society. Public transportation is far from the society, around 2-3 km away. Hospitals are also far from the society, between 5 km away, which is very inconvenient.

The maintenance fee is Rs. 3500 per month, ensuring clean floors, frequent garbage collection, and 24/7 water and electricity. Our homes are well-ventilated with lots of sunlight. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, making it a pleasant place to live.
