Good things here
Metro and bus are near to the society, no traffic, parking is allotted in the basement for owners, no maintenance issues, good ventilation, seepage issue was resolved by the RWA, there is a play area, gym, and party hall, friendly people, last paint was done this year, and there is 24/7 CCTV and security.
Things need improvement
Visitors have no parking, amenities are not spacious, there are only 32 people in the society, water meters are not installed, there is a water shortage issue, the borewell is not yet recharged, and society people are using tanker water.

Good things here
Connectivity is very good in the society,like the public transportation via buses is available and accessible within a short walking distance. Maintenance is very good; the water facilities are good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is reliable; they collect it regularly. The area is very convenient for residents. Parking areas are well-maintained. Green spaces are good, and the area is generally friendly and conducive for socializing.
Things need improvement
There is no visitor parking in the society. The metro is still under construction nearby the society. Amenities like swimming pool, indoor games, and table tennis are not available in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society.

Good things here
Amenities like the clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society. The locality is very good, with schools nearby, making it convenient for residents. Essential facilities such as grocery stores and markets are also nearby. Cleaning is very good in the society, and the housekeeping staff is very cooperative. Security is also pretty good, with two security guards at the main gate during nights and several CCTV cameras installed throughout the apartment
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There is no swimming pool in the society, which is inconvenient. Additionally, cabs and autos are also not available in the society, making transportation inconvenient. The metro is far from the society, adding to the inconvenience. Moreover, there are no shops inside the society.

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available on the main road. The water facility is good in the society, and power backup is also reliable. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect dry and wet waste separately in the society. Ventilation is excellent, and people are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
The roads inside the society are not good; they are very congested. Public transportation options like buses are not available nearby the society. The construction quality is poor; there are leaks and cracks in the buildings. Essential facilities like grocery stores are not available in the society, which is inconvenient.
