Good things here
There is a lot of greenery. Couple of great hospitals and schools nearby. The area is quite clean. There are no power cuts

Public transport accessible
Low power cuts
Moderate maintenance charges
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Residents pay maintenance in time

Things need improvement
There is sometime water shortage. People are not that good and engaging. There is parking issues in the area.
