Cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Schools and shops are available nearby, within a walkable distance from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a designated visitors parking area.
The cleaning of the society is not good, and there is also poor outside cleaning in the society. Security is not good in the society; the security guards are not working well. Additionally, the construction quality is poor in the society, with leakages in bathrooms and bedrooms.

I moved out of this society around 4 to 5 years ago. During my time there, the connectivity of the society was excellent due to its location on the main road. Supermarkets and a couple of schools were located within walking distance. Hospitals and bus stops were about 1 km away from the society. Additionally, there were plenty of IT Parks around, all within a 3 to 4 km radius of the society. The maintenance facilities were excellent; we never faced water shortage issues, and there were good cleaning services every day, with reasonable maintenance charges. The built quality and layout design of the society were good, with ample ventilation. Amenities such as a gym and swimming pool were available.
There are no major amenities available in society, such as playgrounds or the park for recreational activities.

Four years ago, I lived in a spacious apartment with generously sized rooms. The apartment was meticulously maintained, with features like a master bedroom adorned with wooden flooring and a chimney. Within a mere 100 meters, essential amenities such as a bus stop, vegetable market, hotel, supermarkets, and pharmacies were conveniently located. The road infrastructure and street lighting were of superior quality. Moreover, the apartment complex offered a plethora of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, clubhouse, and community hall. Maintenance services were exemplary, encompassing reliable power backup and water supply, regular painting, and impeccable construction quality. The surrounding community comprised educated and professionally employed individuals.
Excessive traffic congestion is a prevalent issue near this society, particularly due to the Mara Thali red light, causing inconvenience to residents and potentially impacting the overall accessibility of the area.
