Maintenance standards are excellent, with reliable water facilities and power backup available. Garbage collection is efficiently carried out on a daily basis, contributing to the cleanliness of the city. Despite being a small community, ample parking space is available within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for residents. The society boasts a friendly and respectful atmosphere, with public transportation options like buses within walking distance. Additionally, nearby schools, approximately 300 meters away from the society, offer added convenience for residents. read more

The use of commercial meters has resulted in significantly high electricity bills, reaching around 10,000 rupees, which can be quite burdensome for residents.
