Good things here
As a tenant i am living here from year 2022, located at Karuna Nagar, Electronic City Phase 1 which offers a vibrant and modern living experience. It offers 2BHK and 3BHK flats in different price ranges. Top notch facilities such as gymnasium, playground, swimming pool, library, cctv surveillance cameras and guards are available. Good maintenance works and helpful working staffs is completely appreciated. Further neighbours and friends and well educated. Overall highly recommend place.
Things need improvement
Things which can be improved is that greeny around the surroundings including trees plantation and some open spaces which can also be helpful in controlling air pollution. Delivery personnels and sometimes even visitors or guests aren't allowed inside the campus which can be problematic. Still it's a peaceful place.

Well-maintained amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area. Nearby hospitals further enhance convenience for emergencies.
Things need improvement
The water quality in some flats within the society is poor, posing an inconvenience. External pollution surrounding the society is prevalent, further detracting from the living environment. Public transportation is inconveniently located approximately 1 kilometer away from the society. Parking within the society is occasionally congested, with limited availability for visitor parking, which adds to the challenges faced by residents.

Water facilities operate reliably 24/7, supported by dependable power backups. Garbage collection is efficient, managing wet and dry waste separately. Well-maintained amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games. The society offers a peaceful and pleasant living environment with spacious, well-managed parking, including ample visitor spaces.
Things need improvement
It's quite inconvenient due to significant traffic congestion outside the society. Enhancing greenery in the vicinity would be beneficial. Public transportation, including bus stops, is located 1-2 kilometers away, which poses challenges for accessibility. Additionally, there is noticeable pollution in the surrounding areas.

Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos nearby is convenient. Wi-Fi is available all day. Water supply is continuous, and power backups are provided. Daily garbage collection includes separate disposal of wet and dry waste. The community is friendly with well-maintained greenery. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are excellent. Festivals are celebrated joyfully by all.
Things need improvement
The road quality within the society is poor, which is inconvenient. The construction quality of the flats is also subpar, with some seepage issues in the walls. Maintenance expenses in the society are burdensome.

People in the society are very humple and polite. Hospitals are also near by the society for emergency.

The maintaince charges were increased . In night times isnt safe for kids and ladis.

Everything in the society is great, from the maintenance of the lifts to the friendly neighbors. It sounds like an all-around wonderful place to live.

He moved because his new office is quite far from the society. Other than that, he has no dislikes about the place.

Faced many problems in covid time, when I wanted to leave t from the society I paid extra charges for everything and the owner also not help for charges.
