Good things here
Well developed area near to IT offices like HCL, Infosys, Ford GBS, Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, ELCOT Sholinganallur, close to many educational institutions including schools, colleges, hospitals and various Malls. This is also close to the beach and many movie theatres nearby
Things need improvement
Well managed society which has a gym, swimming pool, good security provided 24/7, a mini market within, school vans allowed to pick up children at the door step.
