Perungudi is one of the safest places to live in. As an office goer, I just love how the area has a good network of connectivity. The upcoming metro station will be a great relief from the traffic jams.

Perungudi is a residential cum commercial locality in the south Chennai area close to the sea. The neighbouring localities include Guindy, Velachery, VGP Selva Nagar and TP Nagar. These localities are well developed and have all amenities. The Chennai airport and Chennai central railway station are both 16 to 17 kms away from Perungudi and is easily accessible by road.
