Quality? Ask us to pay full amout but they won't give the key and all other documents. Car parking is not included in Registration document. Metal sheet car parking for that 2+ lakhs has to pay. read more

Perungudi is a residential cum commercial locality in the south Chennai area close to the sea. The neighbouring localities include Guindy, Velachery, VGP Selva Nagar and TP Nagar.
