Good things here
I appreciate the well-maintained amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which enhance our lifestyle. The connectivity is good, with easy access to public transport and well-maintained approach roads. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are diligently followed. Regular electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbours are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. Security is ensured with CCTV cameras and security guards.
Things need improvement
However, I'm disappointed with the poor cleaning of the lifts and the overall maintenance of the society. Garbage collection is inadequate, and the high maintenance fees seem unjustified given these issues. There are also concerns about leakage and seepage inside my apartment, which need to be addressed promptly.

Good things here
Maintaining of lift is very good.. People in the society were like a family. Connectivity like cabs are avialbel infront of the society.
Things need improvement
There are seepage issues in the society.In kitchen the water were blocked in shinks. Construction quality is very poor.

Even the security is very good which is made possible by the regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras, and professional security guards who are always there to protect the residents. The safety and security features are quite rigorous, making you feel safe and secure with your family and friends. There are several colleges and schools nearby which further makes it easier for parents who are looking for quality education for their kids without having any safety concerns. The connectivity is much better as booked cabs reach here without any hassle and all the schools, colleges as well as bus stand are nearby. There are no power supply or water supply issues here.

Enough parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. There are a gym, parks, and all other amenities available within a walking distance. Auto stand, bus stand as well can be reached within a few minutes. Malls PVRs, restaurants, the club is reachable at a short distance. The safety and security of the residents are also taken care of well of there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support.

It is a place with lots of greenery and good connectivity options and all amenities. All types of facilities including shops, chemist, gym, parks, and swimming pool are available inside the society so there is no requirement to step out of the place. It is the right place for those who want to have a peaceful environment as the outside view is just awesome. A good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards.
