The society offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids. Additionally, the residents of the society are known for being friendly and cooperative, contributing to a welcoming and harmonious community atmosphere.
The maintenance charges amounting to 4800/- per month seem disproportionate considering the lack of maintenance observed in the society. The buildings are in a very poor condition, with substandard wall quality and frequent internal and external damages. Even after repairs, the problems persist, particularly with damp issues. Traveling poses challenges due to the limited availability of public transport, often requiring the booking of cabs for connectivity. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is average, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in various flats. Furthermore, the gym lacks a trainer, and the swimming pool is not adequately maintained, adding to the dissatisfaction with the amenities provided.

24/7 power backup is available. security is very good like cctv and security guards are very strict about stangers. mantainace team behaviour is very good and coparative with us.
Water supply issue like smelly water in the society. leakage and seepage problem is the big issue in this society ,and no painting has been done from many years.

Streets are having light sytem, cabs and auto availability here near the society, markets and malls also available near the society.
Water supply do not work properly, its becomes very unbearable smell in water, building construction is also not good.

The society offers a range of amenities including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, parking area, and playground, catering to various interests and needs. The management team does an excellent job of maintaining these facilities, ensuring a pleasant living experience for residents.
There were only a few families living in the society, and most of the flats were empty, giving it a deserted and eerie feeling, almost like a haunted bungalow. The poor maintenance and lack of connectivity were significant drawbacks, ultimately leading to my decision to leave the society.

There was not anything particular which i liked in the society. Everything was worst
Smells comes from the tap water. parking area was so dirty . Society should look into this matter
