Connectivity is very nice. auto ,cabs ,public transport are easy to catch. greenery environment .
Building is under constructio. seepage,leakage is yhe main issue. management team is very rude.

Just 418 units in 10 acres which is the best part, just 40 flats per acre compared to 1800 flats in 15 acres of M3M Capital. Calm area as surrounded by Delhi farms and Sobha villas.

I was looking for a premium flat and I landed upon ATS Tourmaline. I bought a 3BHK apartment in this society. The rooms are spacious and promote high class living with contemporary architecture. The quality of the society's construction is excellent with great infrastructure. The residential complex is well connected with educational institutions, IT parks, malls, hotels and a lot more. The international airport is also nearby. The apartments are totally affordable. If you want to enjoy high-class living then ATS Tourmaline is the one for you.

Proper transportation facility is available in a significant way. The construction of Dwarka Expressway is in the process which will improve its connectivity further. The locality is guaranteed a soothing ambience within the landscape. our lives have become easier as there is no water shortage and no power cuts. The residential complex ensures security and it's safe at night too.

ATS Tourmaline is one of the best projects in Gurgaon. I bought a flat and I am pleased with the facilities and services offered by the team. The apartments are well planned, spacious with good amenities. The location is the desired one as it is surrounded by IT parks, hospitals, markets, malls etc. The complex is highly maintained and it also provides high security, 24 hours electricity and water supply CCTV, intercom system and a lot more. There are also separate sections for kids and adults. ATS Tourmaline is a good project for a lavish lifestyle.

I invested in ATS Tourmaline and the project was delivered very late. The sales team was not professional and provided false promises. The maintenance of the society was low and the team remain unresponsive most of the time. The management is the worst. The construction is not up to the mark too. The pricing is also abnormal compared to other projects. The construction of the Dwarka expressway creates a lot of hindrances too. The project is totally not investment-worthy.

ATS Tourmaline is ready to move project to Gurgaon. Located in Sector 109 in Gurgaon, the project is well connected with reputed schools and colleges. The premium residential project has a resort-Style swimming pool, gym, jogging track, garden and a lot more. My family is satisfied with the systems like fire prevention, detection and alarm system, 24 hours water supply and power backup. The society is excellent and highly maintained.
