Public transportation like buses is available within 700 meters, which is very convenient. Hospitals are also available within 2 kilometers from the society, which is very convenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available in the society. There is a mini function hall in the society. The flats are very spacious and the society is very good. For example, there is a 1200 square feet area for a 2 BHK flat. The construction quality is good, with no seepage or leakage issues as the building quality in the society is very good.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 4000 rupees per month. The metro station is far, around 2 kilometers away. There is a lot of traffic near the society, which is very inconvenient. The greenery of the society is very good but should be increased.

The construction quality is subpar, with numerous leaks and seepages plaguing the flats. Moreover, excessive dust accumulation inside the flats creates inconvenience, prompting some residents to vacate their dwellings. The inefficient drainage system further compounds issues, leading to frequent clogging problems and exacerbating the loss of convenience.

Residents are friendly and actively engage in community events and festivals. Maintenance services, including cleaning and garbage collection, are commendable, with reliable water and power supply.
Security in the society is lacking, posing concerns for residents. Immediate measures are necessary to improve surveillance, access control, and overall safety to ensure peace of mind for all occupants.

The roads in our area are in poor condition, and there are not enough street lights. We experience daily water cuts lasting 8 hours, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high.
