Good things here

Living in this society has been a wonderful experience. The availability of autos, buses, and cabs right at our doorstep makes commuting incredibly convenient. The maintenance team does an excellent job; everything is well-kept, and garbage is picked up on time without fail. We have no issues with leakage or water logging, which adds to our comfort. The big playground is a fantastic space for kids to play and stay active. Moreover, the community here is amazing�our neighbors are supportive, helpful, and enjoy socializing with each other. Living in this society has been a bit of a letdown due to several issues. The absence of a nearby metro station makes commuting quite inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, the walls of our apartment developed cracks, and we had to bear the repair costs ourselves, which was frustrating. According to me the society is properly maintained and kept clean. public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more

The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society. Water logging issues are also common in the society. read more

The residents are cooperative and decent, and the maintenance charges in the society are relatively normal compared to other societies. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and all modern amenities are available and well-kept. The flats have good ventilation, with sunlight coming in from all sides.
