The proximity to a rickshaw stand and being near Bhyander railway station provides convenient transportation options for residents, making commuting easier. it's worth noting that transportation costs may be higher due to the distance from major city centers. The maintenance of the society is commendable; regular upkeep ensures that the premises are well-maintained, contributing to a clean and pleasant living environment. This proactive approach to maintenance helps in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the society, ensuring a comfortable living experience for residents.
Things need improvement
The lack of amenities within the society is a notable downside; there are no facilities or communal spaces available for residents to relax or socialize. This absence of amenities may limit leisure options and community engagement within the society. while the social life is active to some extent, there could be room for improvement in organizing more community events and fostering stronger social bonds among residents. Addressing these areas could potentially enhance the overall living experience and sense of community in this housing society.

Good things here
Living in this society has been a wonderful experience. The availability of autos, buses, and cabs right at our doorstep makes commuting incredibly convenient. The maintenance team does an excellent job; everything is well-kept, and garbage is picked up on time without fail. We have no issues with leakage or water logging, which adds to our comfort. The big playground is a fantastic space for kids to play and stay active. Moreover, the community here is amazing�our neighbors are supportive, helpful, and enjoy socializing with each other. It's truly a perfect place to live.
Things need improvement
Living in this society has been a bit of a letdown due to several issues. The absence of a nearby metro station makes commuting quite inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, the walls of our apartment developed cracks, and we had to bear the repair costs ourselves, which was frustrating. The lack of a swimming pool and gym is also disappointing, especially considering the importance of such amenities for a well-rounded living experience

Good things here
According to me the society is properly maintained and kept clean. public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society. Water logging issues are also common in the society.

Good things here
The residents are cooperative and decent, and the maintenance charges in the society are relatively normal compared to other societies. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and all modern amenities are available and well-kept. The flats have good ventilation, with sunlight coming in from all sides. Festivals are celebrated together, and there have been no issues with the water supply, which is available 24/7. The society also has sufficient greenery.
Things need improvement
Poorly executed tree cutting promotes mosquito breeding. The absence of essential amenities like a gym, swimming pool, play area, and clubhouse limits residents' opportunities and community engagement, impacting overall in the society.

The property experiences no seepage issues. The maintenance office promptly addresses resident concerns with responsiveness and efficiency. Diligent security personnel ensure safety within the premises. Residents can enjoy a garden area for relaxation, and nearby markets provide convenient access to essential goods, including shops within walking distance.
Things need improvement
The cleanliness of the society itself is a concern, with stray dogs causing littering and hygiene issues, which affects the living environment. Power cuts are also a frequent issue.

Good things here
There are no issues with parking. Ventilation is good and there is plenty of sunlight. The lifts are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated, and the residents are very cooperative and nice. The roads outside the society are good. Public transport is easily available.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of leakage and seepage in the flat. There is an issue with pipeline blockage. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. Drinking water is available for only 20 minutes in the morning, so we have to arrange water from outside. There is a garden, but it is not well-maintained. There are no modern amenities.
