Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber. Autos are available on the main road in front of the society. Water facility is very good in the society. Power backup is also good. People are very friendly and cooperative. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Many senior citizens live in the society. The ambiance is very nice, and the main road is near the society, making it accessible for everything. The hospital is near the society within walking distance. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family.
Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees that we are paying. The roads are not good; there is a need to improve the road quality. Traffic during the evening can be irritating. It is an old building, and there is some ongoing construction in the building. There might be a need to improve cultural activities in the society.

The main issue for the residents in this society is that it is still under construction, and the builder has not completed it on time.
