The residents are incredibly friendly and respectful, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where we celebrate all festivals together, creating memorable experiences. Moreover, the society boasts reliable power backup facilities. Waste management is efficiently handled, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. The well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area enhance the quality of life within the society. Supermarkets within the society cater to residents' daily needs. Ample parking space, including designated visitor parking areas, adds to the convenience. Above all, the society prioritizes safety and security, providing residents with peace of mind.

The water facilities in the society are inadequate, as the water received through tankers often contains mud and impurities. Additionally, the construction quality leaves much to be desired, with issues such as leakages in bathrooms, seepage problems, and cracks in the building structure. Maintenance charges are relatively high within the society. Public transportation options like buses are available but are located quite a distance away, approximately 2 kilometers from the society.

Water facilities are available 24/7 within the society. Power backup is also available throughout the common areas. Garbage collection is also available; they collect daily within the society. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, table tennis, badminton court, and children's play area are available and well-maintained within the society. People are very friendly, fostering a good sense of community.

Additionally, the construction quality is poor; there are issues like seepages and leakages in the society's flats. The door quality is also subpar, especially in bedrooms. There are cracks in the walls throughout the society. The swimming pool is closed due to water scarcity. Maintenance of the badminton courts is not up to standard. The maintenance charge, especially for 1BHK apartments, is relatively high at 2800 rupees. Security systems in the society are not adequate and need improvement.

Security is ensured with 15 security guards and CCTV cameras. Construction includes well-ventilated balconies. Daily garbage collection, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste, is diligently carried out. Connectivity is convenient, with bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals within 1 km. Ample parking space is available, alongside amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, walking track, and community hall.
Things need improvement
The road quality is poor, and street lights are non-functional, posing safety concerns. Cleaning has been inadequate for the past 6 months, and the lift frequently malfunctions, causing delays of up to 15 minutes. Water management is poor, leading to numerous leakages. The swimming pool has been closed due to the ongoing water crisis.

Public transportation, like buses, is also accessible within 200 meters from the society. Water facilities are good, and power backup is available 24/7 in the common areas. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect daily from various points within the society. Amenities are abundant and enjoyable, including the clubhouse, well-maintained gym, tennis court, badminton court, and a well-maintained children's play area.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is currently closed due to water scarcity in Bangalore. Hospitals are available within a reasonable distance for emergencies. There's a significant traffic issue in the vicinity of the society, causing congestion at all times.
