Good things here
We manage with sufficient water supplied by tankers, which is not hard water. Public transportation is easily accessible, and there are no problems with leaks or seepage in our building. Residents are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well-maintained, and cleanliness is a priority. Security is ensured with CCTV cameras and guards. There are also amenities such as a gym, play area, and garden.
Things need improvement
There's some traffic congestion near our society during peak hours, but otherwise, everything is fine. Unfortunately, we don't have a swimming pool. The maintenance charges for our society are slightly higher due to the cost of water delivered by tankers.

The maintenance of the society is quite commendable, with the staff responding promptly and efficiently to most issues. Additionally, the amenities available provide a decent level of convenience, and the people in the society are generally friendly, creating a somewhat welcoming environment within the community.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is a major drawback, requiring a long walk to reach public transportation, and cabs are rarely available. The construction quality is poor, with persistent leakage issues leading to water accumulation. Additionally, the safety of the surroundings is a concern, with reports of chain snatchers outside the society.

Good things here
The management committee is highly attentive in resolving issues that arise. Proper garbage collection is diligently carried out, and regular mopping and sweeping ensure cleanliness in the society. The community spirit among the residents is excellent, with all festivals being celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a challenge as Ola and Uber rides are often canceled, and accessing local transport is difficult due to the society's location away from the main road. The construction quality is below average, with issues like seepage being a concern at times. Amenities are limited, with only one gym and clubhouse available, and there is no swimming pool. Additionally, there is a lack of visitor parking in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is great,local transport available easily. society is neat and clean and well maintained. Club house,gym and playground are very well maintained. allocated parking for resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
There is no municipal corporation water supply in the society,Tanker has to come to fill up the Society's water tank due to that high Maintenance charges are there in the society. There is no swimming pool in the society.

Overall my living experience in that was great. Locality of the society is top notch,essentials and local transport available easily. high security system has been provided.
Things need improvement
Railway station is far away from the society. Construction quality of society can be improved. There is only club house in the society which is very congested.
