The metro is nearby, and there are plenty of grocery stores. Schools are also plentiful near the society. We have two parking spaces, so we never face any issues, and there's even allotted guest parking in the society. Street lights work properly, and garbage collection is always on time. The CCTV cameras are well-maintained, and the construction quality is good. Repainting has been done recently, and ventilation is also excellent. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, temple, tennis court, play area, and garden are all available in the society. Cultural events are celebrated with great enthusiasm.
During the rainy season, there's a bit of a waterlogging issue, but it's manageable and not a major problem. The quality of the roads isn't great; they're quite uneven. Additionally, for facilities like the swimming pool and gym, you have to take separate memberships; they're not included in the maintenance. There are also wild street dogs in the parking area; one of them bit my brother, and they've bitten many others, which I feel quite dangerous.

While power cuts were a significant concern due to the absence of power backup, residents were informed about this limitation. A notable issue arose from street dogs in the area, occasionally posing a threat to residents by attacking them. It's worth noting that gym facilities were not included within the society premises.

The society has well-built roads and available parking, it's conveniently located next to the metro station, garbage is sorted properly, there are elevators despite occasional breakdowns from being older, ongoing painting expected to take a year, excellent ventilation, my flat doesn't have seepage issues, all amenities are good, people are cooperative and pet-friendly, and despite being 15 years old, the society is well-maintained.
Sometimes the elevators break down because they were installed in 2009, and the ongoing painting project might cause inconvenience for a year. Some people experience seepage issues in their flats.

The connectivity is good with easy access to autos and cabs. The amenities provided are quite nice, including a garden, children's play area, and parks. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom needs to be completely redone due to old, poor-quality pipes. There are too many stray dogs around, which is a bit concerning, as not all of them are vaccinated. This makes it less comfortable for residents. The old bathroom pipes and the presence of stray dogs are major issues that need to be addressed to improve the living conditions.

The maintenance charges are justified. There is enough parking for residents. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. Water is available 24/7. There are no leakage or seepage issues in the flat; it has good ventilation and receives sunlight. Festivals are celebrated. All modern amenities are available. There are no traffic issues, and public transport is easily available.
The residents in the society do not interact much and are not very friendly. The parking allotted for visitors within the society premises is not covered.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Metro is 200 meter away from the society, it is nesrby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced inside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Renovations are done on time. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Paintings are done on time in the society.
During summer season Water supply issues are faced in the society. The amenities in the society are paid services.
