Good things here
The list of amenities and the thought behind creating a disney theme society is awesome. It's a huge society with many amenties like swimming pool, gardens, billiard room, Chess area, synthetic Tennis court, big clubhouse and many more. The society construction quality is superb with 2 under ground parking connected with high speed lifts. The security is good with 4 guarda posted on the entry gate all the time. The common areas are well lit and CCTV cameras as installed to provide safety. There is shopping complex inside the campus itself and working space for people working from home. The view from the 28th floor is just breath taking. Apartments are spacious with excellent ventilation. Festivals are celebrated with grandeur and pomp. The location advantage is also there as it is located in Financial district. Major IT companies and banks corporate offices are located within 5-10 kms. The connectivity with ORR is cherry on the cake
Things need improvement
The stray dogs are encouraged by some residents which case safety hazards for the residents. If they are empathatic towards animals they should take them to their house instead of giving them food in common areas. Finding a decent maid is another challenge one might face. The locals only understand telegu. finding english/hindi speaking help is a challenge. The charges are also quite high.

Good things here
Prestige group is known for trust and quality. The project has everything you want in a high end society in Hyderabad. Professionals working in IT and finTech companies are residing in this posh society. It is well connected with prime location like financial district, Gachibowli and HiTech city. There is no issue like seepage and traffic congestion. The security measures are good. The maintenance staff responds to complaints promptly. There is powerback issue few month back which was resolved quickly by the staff. The houses are spacious with smart homes. Access to the blocks are restricted for outsiders until approved by the residents. The schools and hospitals in this area are excellent. ISB is hardly 5 mins from here.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are higher compare to other society, 9000/month is way to much. The rentals are also on higher side. The amenities get crowded during weekends. The maintenance after that plays catchup game only.

Good things here
Whatever one need for a quality lifestyle is available in this society. Amenities are modern and top class. There are EV charging facilities, workspace for workign professional, green areas and gardens for walks, clubhouse with modern gym, swimming pool and on terrace tennis court, multilevel parking facility, theare, high speed lifts and finally disney themed areas. The high rise building gives of hilly financial district. The apartment sizes is not that large but the layout is good
Things need improvement
The rentals are highest in the area. Increasing 15-20% year on year. The maintenance charges are additional to the rent. There is issue with the water quality. The hygyiene is not good in stairs and parking space. There are no speedbreakers inside the society people rush vehicles without concerning about the safety of kids and elders. The amenities are crowded at times.

Good things here
It is located near ISB campus and overlooking the financial district. It is state of the art society with themed building ahd parks. High rise society with 10 towers and 36 floors with each tower named after Disney characters. There are 4 lifts in each tower, they are quite fast. Well maintained greenary with statues of animals in disney characters is adored by my kids. The swimming pool is just amazing, giving a feeling of an oasis with trees planted near the pool itself. There is shopping complex, office work spaces inside the premises
Things need improvement
Given that so many amenities are present in the society, the maintance could be better. The pool is not well maintained. The waste management could be improved, people just dump their garbage inside the society.

Posh society with all modern amenities one can think off. The inside roads are well maintained and well lit. Garbage bins are installed in regular intervals for maintaining hygiene. The parking space is sufficient for 2 cars. The clubhouse is beautifully built with 5 star hotel like feel. People are well educated and mostly working in IT sector. The construction quality is very good.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are unreasonable. No explaination from the staff on the breakup. The frequent power cuts and issues with the circuit trip is still not resolved. The cleanliness on each floor is not done properly. Piped case is yet to be installed in our home. The seepage issue is visible in the kitchen area.

Good things here
High end society with singapore like facilities inside the society. People are nice to each other and often working with big IT companies in financial district. The festivals are celebrated with grand decoration and participation. Movies are screened inside the theatre sometimes. I feel that the society is perfect for someone looking to live worryless.
Things need improvement
The parking area is not maintained properly. CCTV cameras should be installed in common places. The power back up capacity should be increased. The size of the apartment is small in reality. The sizes flaunted includes common area and parking as well. The kids play area is ignored.

Good things here
Prestige Highfields is an iconic project by the master developer Prestige Group. It has fascinating amenities and great landscaping. One can easily shoot a movie song there.
Things need improvement
The floor plans could have been better and also the parking area coloring. Even elevation could have been done better.

Good things here
Well designed with good construction quality and amenities. It�s a well maintained society with peaceful surrouding. The greenary is good with exotic plants installed everywhere. The themed open areas are nice place to spend good time with friends. The clubhouse is my go to place on weekends where I can work without any disturbance.
Things need improvement
The network is a challenge in the clubhouse. Poor net speed and sometime it's down to less than 1 mbps speed. The furniture could be well maintained. Saw insects roaming inside the chairs at times.
