Good things here
Excellent project by the Prestige Group with excellent location and towers placement which allows good sunlight and ventilation.
Things need improvement
The floor plans could have been better, also the elevation and coloring is not that great. Parking area coloring is also not that great.

Society's construction quality is top-notch because there are no minor seepage issues, and painting is done regularly. Overall maintenance is also good due to regular cleaning practices and uninterrupted water supply. The atmosphere in the society is peaceful, and the location is advantageous, with all daily essentials, schools, and hospitals located within a 1km distance. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and a kid's play area are well maintained.
Things need improvement
The primary issue in society is the occurrence of electricity fluctuations, and also there is no bus stop nearby.

Club house is well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbors are very friendly an close-kit. Buses and autos are avaliable in the vicinity.

Walking area is not in good condition. In Adequate maintainance of the garden can affect its overall appeal and functionallity.

you may have to walk a bit for grocery shopping, but the positives of this place are greater as compared to any small negative point, and I would recommend this project to those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location.

Good condition of roads and green trees and street lights alongside them keeps the environment fresh. The safety and security features are quite rigorous, making you feel safe and secure with your family and friends. At walking distance are schools, colleges, and shopping complexes.

One of the most essential benefits of living at Yan Swagat Village is that it is fully safe for kids and elderly people. It's likely that no crimes are taking place in or around the project because of regular police patrols, security guards, and CCTV cameras.
