More About Unity By The Hills

The architectural and civil specifications of the structure outline a comprehensive plan for a building with a basement/stilt and ground to fourth floor configuration. The structure is made of reinforced concrete (R.C.C), and covered car parks are provided in the basement/stilt level. The foyer, living, and dining areas feature Kajaria Make Marble Finish vitrified tile flooring, complemented by Asian Royal Emulsion paint for walls and ceilings. Bedrooms are designed with superior quality timber finish vitrified flooring in the master bedroom and marble finish flooring in all other bedrooms. Royal emulsion paint is used for walls and ceilings in the bedrooms.

 

In the realm of utilities, the specifications include superior quality anti-skid tile flooring and skirting in balconies/utilities. Granite coping for the parapet, mild steel handrails/glass railing with stainless steel handrails, and Royal emulsion paint for the ceiling contribute to the overall aesthetic. Windows are specified as UPVC with German profiles. The staircase consists of concrete treads and risers, with Royal emulsion paint for the ceiling and stainless steel handrails.

 

The common areas of the building boast granite flooring, superior quality ceramic tile cladding up to ceiling height, Royal emulsion for the ceiling, granite coping for the parapet, and stainless steel handrails. Joinery details include main doors and bedroom doors with frames made of Barma Border Teak, while the main door shutter is Barma Border Teak, and the bedroom door shutter is solid pine wood with veneer on both sides. Toilet doors are similarly designed with Barma Border Teak frames, Teak architraves, and solid pine wood shutters with veneer on both sides.

 

The building is equipped with six passenger elevators of Johnson or equivalent make. Plumbing and sanitary fixtures include CP fittings from Grohe/Jaguar or equivalent, and sanitary fixtures from Jaguar/American Standard or equivalent. Electrical works involve wiring from Havel’s/Anchor/Great White or equivalent, modular switches from Panasonic/Great White or equivalent, and provision for split AC in the living and master bedroom. Other amenities include CCTV cameras, 100% power backup, and a well-equipped gym at the rooftop. BESCOM power supply is specified at 5KW, with a standby power of 1KW for apartments and 100% power backup for common area facilities. Additionally, exhaust fans are provided in all toilets, and there are television points in the living room and master bedroom, along with telephone points in the living room. The intercom facility connects each apartment with the security cabin.

The area is home to several reputable educational institution including schools and coaching centres. the implementation of enhanced safety measures including improved it has a contributed to a safer living environment. hospitals and malls are available at the distance of 30 minutes. read more

The rise ine both residential and commercial vehicles has created a shortage of parking space and also created a lot of pollution. the growth in commercial establishments has also increased noise pollution. read more

Good things here

One of the best thing is the weather of this area you can find many parks , gardens, botanical garden ( lalbagh) etc Has plenty of trees on every street , you can hear birds chirping early morning. During December few streets have tree which bloom pink colour flowers which look like you are in abroad. Has bus to almost every place making it excellent transport. No power or water problems . read more

It's more a residential area so majority of the streets gets deserted during night which you may feel scared when you are alone but in counter we have street lights well maintained A bit of more traffic on the main roads which may cause you delay during peak hours (this traffic is acceptable) Metro line is nearby but the station is little far like you would have to go to 3rd block or should go the the other gate of lalbagh were both these stations are 1.5 km away read more

There are wide roads and so many parks. These parks are full of greenery and have so many relaxing space . The schools and colleges are nearby within 3 km radius. There are private and public hospitals , Play grounds , best hotels, essential shops , shopping malls within walkable distance which is one of the best thing in this locality. read more

Things need improvement

There is no metro connection which I dislike in this locality. Although water quality is best but continueously water shortage. The main problem is about traffic jams in our locality mainly between 8 am to 11 am and also in evening upto 9 pm . There are very few police patrolling . It's not safe for girls to walk at night because most local people are not behave well at night. read more
