Good things here

5KW electricity connection available. No crime. Quality of road is good. No water clogging. Cabs and public transport readily available on main road outside the sector. Water connection with booster pump and 2000 liters overhead water tanks available. Fills up easily every day with 1 hour booster run. read more

Things need improvement

Ample open space. very quiet. can use green belt space outside the house for self-use. Only one gate oof the block is open at all times. house is very near to the open gate. read more

Good lighting a night as street lights are in working condition. Power does go out a lot, but if you go to office, it doesn't matter much. read more

Things need improvement

Since it's only a single building, no greater,bigger neighbouring group to celebrate together. Lift is very small. very difficult for top level residents. read more
